Speaking
I speak on enterprise AI from a business perspective, digital transformation, B2B product management and leadership: what actually changes when a large organisation adopts new technology, and what has to be true before it does.
I speak on behalf of Slovak Telekom. No fees, no side business.
Languages: Slovak and English · Formats: keynote, panel, moderation, fireside · Length: flexible, from a 7-minute TEDx-style talk to a 45-minute case study with insights · Based in Bratislava
The short version of my argument: a few years ago our enterprise portal sat at single-digit adoption. We fixed how delivery was governed before adding a single feature, and adoption climbed to roughly one in two of our enterprise customers. The technology had been ready long before the organisation was. That is the story I keep finding in enterprise AI today, and it is the one I tell on stage.
Talks
Ask Compliance before Compliance asks you
Most companies run compliance inwards: audit, control, investigation after the incident. The mature version runs the other way, the business asks first. What that discipline costs, including the deals you walk away from, and what it buys.
Lost between the Cybersecurity Act and the AI Act: leading with confidence anyway
Digital risk is not mainly a technology problem. It is about who makes decisions and how prepared the company is when something breaks. How leaders tell a paper obligation from an investment that speeds up decisions and builds client trust.
From 950 tariffs to 7: what a portfolio turnaround teaches you about saying no
Simplification as product strategy: how cutting a mobile portfolio from 950+ combinations to 7 hero tariffs improved customer experience and grew revenue per account.
Fix the team before you fix the product
The order of operations behind every result on this site: fundamentals and the team first, then the technology, including AI, starts paying off.

Slovak Compliance Days 2026 · panel “Next-Gen Compliance”
Compliance as a partner, not a checkpoint. “It is better when you ask Compliance than when Compliance asks you.”
At Slovak Telekom we recently assessed a deal with multiple subcontractors. Before the first decision, we went to our compliance colleagues ourselves and asked them to verify the whole supply chain, data protection and professional qualifications included. None of the candidates met our criteria, and we walked away from the business. The question was asked by us, and early. That is the difference between a business that sees compliance as a brake and one that treats it as a co-decider from the first minute.
